All content contributed by users (including text, images, lectures, or case studies) shall become the property of Radiologica upon uploading or submission. By submitting such content, you grant Radiologica a perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, worldwide licence to use, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, and otherwise exploit such content for any purpose, including commercial purposes. If you are an educator, employee, or contractor creating materials for Radiologica, you acknowledge that these materials belong exclusively to Radiologica, both during and after your relationship with us.
3.3 Responsibility for User Content
All content posted or submitted by users reflects the views and opinions of the user and not of Radiologica. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any user-generated content. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor, review, or remove user-generated content at our sole discretion.
4.1 Payment Processing
We use Stripe (or other third-party payment processors) to process payments for course enrolments, subscriptions, or other paid services. By providing payment information, you authorise us to charge your designated payment method in accordance with the fees displayed at checkout. All payment information is collected and processed securely; we do not store full payment details.
4.2 No Refund Policy
All sales (including courses, subscriptions, or any digital products) are final. We do not offer refunds or credits under any circumstances except where required by applicable law.
4.3 Subscription Terms
Some of our offerings may be provided on a subscription basis, automatically renewing at the end of each billing cycle. You are responsible for cancelling any subscriptions before the renewal date if you do not wish them to renew. Failure to cancel will result in you being charged for the subsequent billing cycle.

All content on the Site (including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and software), except for user-generated content, is owned by or licensed to Radiologica.
