These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Radiologica website (the “Site”), including all related tools, services, and functionality provided by Radiologica Pty Ltd, an Australian company based in Sydney, Australia. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use.
1. Eligibility & Scope
1.1 Intended Users
Radiologica is an education and training platform exclusively intended for qualified health professionals and students aged 18 or older. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. If you do not, you are prohibited from accessing or using the Site.
1.2 Not for Patient Care or Financial Advice
- All information, tools, and resources provided are for educational and training purposes only and are not intended as clinical guidance, medical diagnosis, patient advice, or legal/financial advice.
- No patient advice is offered, and no patient details should be entered, used, or referenced on Radiologica in a manner that provides diagnosis or treatment recommendations.
- Any financial or budgeting tools provided on the Site are strictly for informational or educational purposes, and do not constitute financial advice.
- You acknowledge and agree that you shall not use any content, tools, or functionality on the Site for clinical decision-making or for providing treatment or diagnosis to any patient.
1.3 Territorial Restrictions
Radiologica is owned and operated by Radiologica Pty Ltd in Sydney, Australia, but is accessible worldwide. We make no representation that the Site is appropriate or available for use in all locations. Accessing the Site from territories where the content or use of the Site is illegal is prohibited. You are responsible for compliance with local laws where you reside or from where you access the Site.
2. Account Registration & Security
2.1 Account Creation
Certain features of the Site may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to maintain and update such information as necessary.
2.2 Confidentiality of Credentials
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities carried out under your account. You agree to promptly notify us of any unauthorised use or breach of security. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
2.3 Account Deletion

3. User-Generated Content
3.1 Forums, Q&A, and Other Contributions
Radiologica may include forums, Q&A sections, or other features allowing you and other users to post or upload content. By posting content, you warrant that you have the necessary rights to share such content and that it does not violate the rights of any third party or any applicable law.
3.2 Ownership & Licence
All content contributed by users (including text, images, lectures, or case studies) shall become the property of Radiologica upon uploading or submission. By submitting such content, you grant Radiologica a perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, worldwide licence to use, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, and otherwise exploit such content for any purpose, including commercial purposes. If you are an educator, employee, or contractor creating materials for Radiologica, you acknowledge that these materials belong exclusively to Radiologica, both during and after your relationship with us.
3.3 Responsibility for User Content
All content posted or submitted by users reflects the views and opinions of the user and not of Radiologica. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any user-generated content. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor, review, or remove user-generated content at our sole discretion.
4. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds
4.1 Payment Processing
We use Stripe (or other third-party payment processors) to process payments for course enrolments, subscriptions, or other paid services. By providing payment information, you authorise us to charge your designated payment method in accordance with the fees displayed at checkout. All payment information is collected and processed securely; we do not store full payment details.
4.2 No Refund Policy
All sales (including courses, subscriptions, or any digital products) are final. We do not offer refunds or credits under any circumstances except where required by applicable law.
4.3 Subscription Terms
Some of our offerings may be provided on a subscription basis, automatically renewing at the end of each billing cycle. You are responsible for cancelling any subscriptions before the renewal date if you do not wish them to renew. Failure to cancel will result in you being charged for the subsequent billing cycle.
5. Ownership & Intellectual Property
5.1 Radiologica Property
All content on the Site (including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and software), except for user-generated content, is owned by or licensed to Radiologica. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or otherwise use any part of the Site content without our prior written consent.
5.2 No Reuse or Citations
Except for approved functionality within the Site that allows you to share or embed materials in a specific manner, you agree not to copy, cite, quote, reference, or otherwise reuse any portion of our content in any format outside the Site.
5.3 Trademarks
Radiologica, the Radiologica logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Radiologica or its affiliates/licensors. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or for promoting illegal activities.
- Post or transmit content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.
- Impersonate another person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation.
- Use any device, software, or routine to interfere with the proper working of the Site or to bypass any technical measures we implement.
- Collect or store personal data about other users without their express permission.
- Engage in data mining, scraping, or automated data extraction.
7. Disclaimers
7.1 Educational Purposes Only
All Site content, tools, and resources are for educational and training purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, clinical, or financial advice. Radiologica does not provide patient care services or financial advice.
7.2 No Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and all content, products, and services made available through the Site are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Radiologica disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
7.3 No Guarantee of Outcomes
We do not guarantee that using our Site, tools, or participating in our educational courses will result in any specific outcome, including (but not limited to) professional or financial benefits.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Indirect Damages: Radiologica shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Aggregate Liability: In no event shall Radiologica’s total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms exceed the total amount paid by you (if any) for accessing or using the specific paid feature(s) of the Site in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any statutory rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Radiologica, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

Radiologica does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, services, or privacy practices of any third-party website. Your use of any third-party site is at your own risk and subject to the terms of that third party.
11. Termination
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without notice, to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Site if you violate these Terms or if we believe you are engaged in fraudulent or illegal activities. Upon termination, all licences and rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. The provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to Sections regarding ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New South Wales, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
